YLS attendees are coming from across the country at many times and by many means. Please make your way to SAIT (Southern Alberta Institute of Technology – 1301 - 16 Ave NW) for Friday afternoon after 3pm.
- If you are a local delegate or arrived early, please make your way to the SAIT campus for no later than 3:30pm. SAIT is conveniently located off the red line CTrain and Max Orange BRT. Registration starts at 3:00pm in Begin Tower – please refer to the map in the summit program.
- If you are flying into Calgary early or outside the times when chartered ground transport services are available for delegates, the quickest way from the airport to downtown is route 300-Airport BRT which leaves from the arrivals level in terminal A.
- If you are arriving by air midday on Friday, a volunteer with a YLS sign will meet you on the arrivals level near the baggage claim in terminal A (look for door #2) between 12:40 and 1:05. From there a chartered bus will take you to SAIT to check-in. If you’re arriving early in the morning feel free to make your own way to YLS for no later than 3:30pm.
- If you are arriving by bus on Friday, from the Red Arrow/Ebus terminal in downtown Calgary head two blocks north to City Hall CTrain station. Catch Red line north to SAIT which is a 10 minute journey.
YLS Delegates will be able to use Calgary Transit services free of charge when wearing their official conference name badge.
